£3.5m Development Exit Loan for Luxury Gated Properties

The complex structure of this luxury, multiple-property gated site, meant that sourcing the necessary funds wasn’t particularly easy.

Century Capital was asked to step in after another lender was unable to provide the funds needed to complete the re-development of the Cotswold property, owned by an offshore trust. After the deal was completed, the borrower returned to Century Capital twice more for additional financial solutions.
